  • 2011 Main Street Bethlehem, NH 03574 United States (map)

Ideal for individuals with chronic pain, stiffness, or varying levels of ability.

In this gentle class, you will learn to identify and address compensation patterns that contribute to pain and stiffness. Through guided exercises, you'll build skills to move more efficiently and help your body function with greater ease. The class combines chair and standing stretches, and requires no mat or floor work. Perfect for all levels, no prior experience necessary.

Please join us before class at The Place Above the Notch for a coffee house social and chat about the 7 principles of pure movement!

We’ll gather at The Place Above the Notch from 9:00 - 9:50 am, then make our way over to WREN for class at 10:00 am. Class will be held in the Gallery.
