Pam Sullivan – WREN Executive Director

In January of 2020, WREN welcomed its new Executive Director, Pam Sullivan. Ms. Sullivan brings more than 30 years of business management, fundraising, and strategic marketing experience serving as the founder, president, and creative director of Sullivan Creative (headquartered in Concord, NH). Sullivan Creative has been in business for 33 years and has received numerous awards for creative, communication and design excellence, including the prestigious Direct Marketing Association’s ECHO Award. Sullivan has managed and marketed numerous art/craft exhibits, tourist events, and conferences. She has also worked with nonprofits in securing grants and sponsorships, and in 2017 acted as the contract Executive Director for Las Artistas, a nonprofit arts organization in El Paso, TX. She has also served as the lead consultant for the NH Grand program. Laura Barrington – Market Access Relations Manager

Laura brings a wealth of retail management experience to her position as Market Access Relations Manager of WREN’s Local Works Marketplace in Bethlehem. She works on all facets of the business, including the important task of meeting with artisans to assist them with brand development, pricing, packaging and marketing their products; her guidance is part of WREN’s successful Product-to-Market program, which helps entrepreneurs develop, launch and grow their business. She also selects new vendors, merchandises products, keeps the store looking fresh and inviting, and helps customers find the perfect products to suit their needs. The store currently represents more than 75 artisans (all members of WREN), and carries a wide range of beautifully crafted products including jewelry, natural soaps, lotions, toys, books, pottery, furniture and greeting cards. Caitlin Farrar, Microenterprise, Marketing, and Membership Coordinator 

Caitlin initially joined WREN in August of 2019 as a retail associate at The Local Works Marketplace at WREN and was promoted to Microenterprise, Marketing, and Membership Coordinator in January of 2020. Caitlin assists the Executive Director in managing WREN’s Microenterprise and Membership programs and provides marketing expertise in creating content and materials for WREN’s website, social media and print campaigns. Ms. Farrar previously worked as a Marketing Assistant at the NH Division of Tourism and Development and was a Digital Content Strategist for SEOptiks in Nashua, NH. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of New Hampshire and is currently working on a MA in Professional and Digital Media Writing from East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania.
